Morgan Lee

Makes social media content focused around food, sustainability and human experience. Morgan believes many answers to our societies’ problems lie in the food system. It is her mission to create content that inspires people and incites joy. Her passion for life and food is both contagious and abundant!

Morgan loves to learn, and she began her post-secondary education at McGill University in Montreal, Canada attaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Cultural Studies (like English Literature, except analyzing movies rather than books) with a Minor Concentration in International Development. She then began her New York City adventure! Graduating top of her class at the International Culinary Center in Manhattan led her to an internship at the prestigious two Michelin Starred restaurant Aquavit. She was living her dream, but when visa issues arose, she found herself in need of another classroom, so naturally, she decided to become a sommelier. After passing the Certified Examination by the Court of Master Sommeliers she needed yet another student visa, so while interning at a wine importer, she started night classes at The New School. Here, her Food Studies classes opened her eyes to the systemic problems in food production, and it became her life’s mission to try to change them. In her spare time she enjoys baking, singing karaoke and dancing all night.
